As members of the EPA’s WaterSense Steering Committee,
TOTO water efficiency specialists were instrumental in
advising the EPA on developing product performance criteria
for the WaterSense program, created to encourage the manufacture
and use of water efficient plumbing fixtures, and to develop
a labeling system to help consumers recognize these products. |

Building Initiative
A TOTO water efficiency specialist serves on the water
sub-committee of the Green Building Initiative (GBI),
an organization dedicated to the adoption of building
